RETURN POLICY

At BookLab LLC, we take pride in curating quality books and products. Due to the nature of our inventory, the following return policy applies:


Books

  • All book sales are final

  • No returns or exchanges on books once shipped

  • This includes dark romance, limited editions, signed copies, and special orders


Merchandise (Non-Book Items)

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective


Non-Returnable Items

  • Books of any kind

  • Digital products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Age-Restricted Content Notice

Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with mature or dark romance content. Customers are responsible for reviewing content warnings before purchase.
