At BookLab LLC, we carefully package and ship every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method selected.
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or equivalent services.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future at our discretion.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
BookLab LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
BookLab LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
BookLab LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.”
Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review and determine an appropriate resolution.

Returned to Sender

Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or address errors may be refunded minus original shipping costs, or reshipped at the customer’s expense.
